Could you please help me figure out why all 4 axis in our drive will not stay enabled very long? They usually fault out after a minute or two now (it got worse over the course of a few months). AmpEnabled for all axis turns off and AmpFault turns on for all axis.
Omron support thinks it is an issue with the STO or dynamic brake circuit. I have checked the STO connections and circuit but did not find any issues there.

If the drive needs to be repaired please quote that.
