I’m a researcher at the U.S. Naval Research Lab, Our Faxitron CellRad system, is throwing system faults (SNT:FLT; SNT:STAT; and GOT:Fault. We aren’t sure what happened, but it appears someone hit the machine with the room’s door at some point, popping out a lower panel. We then found the sample shelf/dosimeter trey port connector unplugged with a broken pin. This machine is too old to be repaired by a technician from Precision so I am trying to find a third party company repair company. I did learn from Precision that the SNT:FLT; SNT:STAT; correspond to an issue regarding the feedback to the generator and the GOT:Fault message means that the turntable is disconnected (there is a broken pin).
