Heart Interface Corp.Repair of my 81-0205-12

I have a good 458 panel.

The unit crapped out in a warm weather scenario.
Unit buzzes hard for about 10 seconds then the starts to flash. ac voltage read
41 volts with ship power on or off.

I am military retired.

I will pull it out of my 2001 Winnebago within the next few days and take a look at it.

What say you?
