John Deere 450H DOZER MC300 CONTROLLER

Are you able to diagnose and repair? Board is sealed with transparent soft coating. no visible corrosion on board or connectors. Diecast aluminum case has corrosion. JD 450H dozer shows un-commanded transmission drive/track movement when parking brake is released. Joystick controller has no role (untouched) in this rather violent reverse by one track and a hard turn to the left.
