I have two hds12live units that have issues and needs repairs.
1- has a cracked screen. The unit works well but I put a protective plastic screen film over it to prevent moisture or crack spreading.
2- unit is also hds12live that recently started freezing up and the touch screen will not allow me to advance it. It’s an intermittent problem. Sometimes it loads up and works for a short amount of time and it freezes up. I have to shut the unit completely off and restart it but sometimes not even this works and it’s still frozen.
