Our sign is not updating at all. Try to update new program ,it goes through
prosses of updating in window then you can see in window it deletes new &
resends old program back in. Model #91680/sd/m ,Serial# 114273375.
tried reloading program on computor from disk, still cannot update sign.
program won't even let me delete old program or make edits.

please advise or give me call on where i should go next.
