We would like to schedule a service call for our Micro-Vu Excel 704.
Three months, while being used there was a loud “pop” sound and then no power to the unit.
We have tried unplugging the machine from its normal plug in location to a different one to see if the unit will power on, and no luck.
We tried again this morning on the off chance that it just needed “cooling off period”, and that didn’t work either.
When would be the earliest you could have a service person come out to perform maintenance on the unit?
