Hello I have a minks engineering voltage regulator that was made for a specific 2004 Polaris sportsman 600 twin atv that has become defective. I cannot source a replacement as not many were made . The regulator has 7 wire leads . The casing for the regulator appears to be swollen in the middle of the plastic housing. I'm wanting to know if it can be repaired or rebuilt . The part numbers on the housing are as follows - lr302 on the left side of the housing and 401105s on the right side of the housing. The regulator when hooked up to my atv makes the battery icon flash on my speedometer so between that and the swollen appearance the internet says this part is failing or getting ready to .
