I have a Sevcon MillipaK controller, part number 633T46301, from a 2013 Toro Workman MDE, model 07299. The controller is showing a persistent three-flash fault, which Toro identifies as a MOSFET/power-block fault or a high-current connection issue.
I have already checked the following:
Battery pack is charged and balanced at approximately 51 volts
Main fuse and high-current connections test good
Main contactor coil measures approximately 125 ohms
Motor windings have continuity and do not test shorted to the motor housing
The three-flash fault remains even with the motor output cables M1, M2, F1, and F2 disconnected from the controller
Do you bench-test and repair this exact Sevcon controller? Please provide the testing fee, estimated repair cost, turnaround time, and warranty. Please also confirm whether the original Toro programming and calibration will be retained.
