I have a Model WG-1 Vision, freestanding gas room heater purchased in 1996. Having major shut-down issues. Gas log set (4 pc) is creating massive soot debree that is clogging burner ring and shutting down unit. There was a large handful of burnt log material under the burner ring.
I may only need a replacement log set? Log set number from manual is 11140023. Do you have these available? The set is specific to the unit and has to be positioned correctly per the manual. The set has two straight logs and two y-shaped ones. The logs are notched for correct positioning.
I had purchased the unit along with a Whitfield floor pad at a Fleet Farm store in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
