Hello. I have two AEES Type 627 T3 speed control relays I would like to send in for repair. I have found an Electrical South quality assurance report from 2009 in my files for these devices. The Job# on the report is 051209030 and ID# is A0903331 with a date of 05-16-2009. I hope this helps with providing a quote for repair.
